Hello! I'm Sarah, welcome to my blog and thank you for visiting. I've been passionate about striving to improve and maintain good physical health and well-being for some time, but more recently I've become much more focused on educating myself about the importance of taking better care of my mental health. I started writing down how I was feeling in 2016, after realising I felt altogether a bit lonely and very lost after having my gorgeous little girl. This blog has been instrumental in my recovery from what became a painful episode of anxiety and depression, but it has also started an exciting new journey of self-discovery, being the best version of myself, and finding what feels good!

I hope my story can give something back too, maybe in the form of help and encouragement, some tears if you need a good cry, or perhaps just a few laughs when they're needed most! S x
